Sheet Bending Machine

Our CAD/CAM team is specialised in designing transformer tank, control panel & enclosure of various ratings confining to the industry standards IS & IEC. We have been a front runner in processing of Distribution Transformers, Power Transformers, CT, PT and various other transformers, Control panel & enclosures as per desired IP. bending Machine capacity is 3100x 8mm


Shearing Machine

CNC bases shearing machine having capacity of 3100x8mm is a highest size which is installed in plant. This machine is best in this segment and all ranges of sheet can be cut up to 8 mm 


Sheet Rolling Machine

Motorised rolling machine up to 5 mm and 2 meter long capacity is installed to provide jointless conservators for power & distribution transformer, even in standard sizes of conservator we provide the conservator made from seamless pipe, WE also provide the drawings & technical support to manufacturer. 


Welding Station

Panasonic MIG welding range 250 Amp to 600 Amp being used to achieve the best quality welding through highly qualified & experienced team.  


Shot Blasting Plant

Shot Blasting plant is suitable for smallest fabricated items and biggest up to 4000 mm x 4000 mm, it is maximum size which required in this segment. Shot blasting is a method used to clean, strengthen (peen) or polish metal. Shot blasting is used in almost every industry that uses metal, including Power ,aerospace, automotive, construction, foundry, shipbuilding, rail, and many others .

The performance and durability of any paint coating are significantly affected by the surface preparation carried out. This is even more important in the case of steel structures, where the selection of the method of surface preparation is crucial in any corrosion treatment.


The practical performance of the paint coatings is significantly affected by the condition of the surface prior to painting. The main relevant factors are:



  • 1. Presence of rust and mill scale

  • 2. Presence of contaminants: salts, dust, oil and grease

  • 3. Surface profile


In order to prevent oxidation of steel, the item must be coated with a protective material and/or must be painted. Thus, the item can be used safely for years. Transformer tanks are going under approximately SA2.5 sanding process with the sanding cabinets, within NEXUS INDUSTRIES  also drying, airing and filtration processes which are necessary for sanding vessels are done in our company. 


PAINTING


As known, power and distribution trasformers are the most expensive components of the energy transmission lines. These components, especially of the cooling system components, can run efficiently during the scheduled times with good maintenance. We select the best painting method and materials in accordance with the customer desires and the suggestions of our painting facility, and we produce100 % coated, anti-corrosion surfaces.


Flow painting is the most common method used in transformer tanks and allows components like corrugated walls, thermometer pockets, bushing attachment points, collars to be covered completely. Besides the inner walls of the tank can be painted as a result the surface protection application is provided in the best way.


 


NEXUS INDUSTRIES  presents you sanding and painting processes all together. The tanks which are painted after sanding processhave a longer life than those which have been painted with traditional methods The painting is done according with ISO12944 Global Corrosion Standerds.  


Internal Coating of Tanks:


 


The tank is internally coated with H.O.R single pack primer which is fast drying and offers superior adhesion along with very good resistance to solvents, oil, grease & withstanding temperature upto 200º C

Cnc Plasma Cutting Machine

Plasma cutting is a thermal cutting method which is used in the cutting of conductive metals. In the cutting process, the gas flowing through the torch is energized.
